Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning it must be unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess and rectify the problem.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain product types are non-returnable, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers or plants), special items (e.g., custom orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you own and make a separate purchase of the new item once the return is accepted.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As mentioned above, your product must be in the same condition as when it arrived, i.e., unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will inform you after receiving and reviewing your return and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at contact@tengristudios.com.
